Proof of credit may be submitted as a screen capture of the credit roll, call sheet, crew list, deal memo, or letter from a production's Producer, Production Manager, Director, Production Designer, or First Assistant Director. IMDb or unofficial documentation is not accepted.
Proof of release date may be submitted as screen capture of an advertisement, IDMb release date or any proof of date for which the material was released to the general public that falls within the eligibility window.
